Bowen Method

Bowen Therapy is a gentle technique that works on the soft connective tissue (facia). Like acupuncture, it targets precise points on the body to prompt the nervous system to rebalance and reset.  Bowen can relieve pain and imbalances without the need for invasive or forceful treatments. Improvement from Bowen often outperforms the results of traditional massage or physical therapy. The work can be done over light clothing.

Swedish - Trigger Point

Swedish consist of long gentle strokes relaxing the muscles and improving circulation. Trigger point therapy increases the pressure and is particularly beneficial for athletes, injuries and problem areas.

Thai

Thai massage is a relaxing ancient healing practice combining acupressure, Indian Ayurvedic principles, and assisted yoga postures. Thai massage is excellent for relaxation, stretching and joint mobilization. Done on a padded mat, clients are fully clothed and no oils or lotions are involved.

Reiki

Reiki is a Japanese technique for stress reduction and deep relaxation that promotes healing. It is administered by "laying on hands" in a series of positions including the head, shoulders, stomach, and feet. Based on the idea that a "life force energy" flows through us and when low, we are more likely to get sick or feel stress, and when high, we are more capable of being healthy and happy. Reiki energy encourages one to let go of all tension, anxiety, fear or negative feelings.
