Bowen Therapy is a gentle technique that works on the soft connective tissue (facia). Like acupuncture, it targets precise points on the body to prompt the nervous system to rebalance and reset. Bowen can relieve pain and imbalances without the need for invasive or forceful treatments. Improvement from Bowen often outperforms the results of traditional massage or physical therapy. The work can be done over light clothing.

Swedish consist of long gentle strokes relaxing the muscles and improving circulation. Deep tissue and trigger point therapies increase the pressure and are particularly beneficial for athletes, injuries and problem areas.
